Take Route I-95/128 North until you get to Exit 45 (Rt. 128 toward Gloucester). Then on Rt. 128 North, Take exit 25A, 114 to Salem, then veer to right at Shopping Center sign. At bottom of ramp, turn right and go under 128. At stop sign, Northshore Mall will be on your right. Follow the Blue “H” sign. Look for the red brick building directly adjacent to the Northshore Mall with “Sports Medicine” on the side.

From New York and the West

Take the Mass Pike (Route 90); this is a toll road. Take Exit 14 for Route 128 North (which is also I-95 North). Take Exit 45 (Rt. 128 North toward Gloucester). Then on Rt. 128 North, Take exit 25A, 114 to Salem, then veer to right at Shopping Center sign.

At bottom of ramp, turn right and go under 128.

At stop sign, North Shore Mall will be on your right. Follow the Blue “H” sign. Look for the Red Brick Building directly adjacent to the Mall with “Sports Medicine” on the side.

From New Hampshire and the North (Via Route 93)

Take Route I-93 South to Exit 37 (I-95/128 North). Stay on I-95/128 North until you get to Exit 45 (Rt. 128 toward Gloucester). Then on Rt. 128 North, Take exit 25A, 114 to Salem, then veer to right at Shopping Center sign.

At bottom of ramp, turn right and go under 128.

At stop sign, North Shore Mall will be on your right. Follow the Blue “H” sign. Look for the Red Brick Building directly adjacent to the Mall with “Sports Medicine” on the side.

From New Hampshire and Maine (Via Route 95)

Take Route I-95 South to Exit 45 (Rt. 128 North toward Gloucester). Then on Rt. 128 North, take Take exit 25A, 114 to Salem, then veer to right at Shopping Center sign.

At bottom of ramp, turn right and go under 128.

At stop sign, North Shore Mall will be on your right. Follow the Blue “H” sign. Look for the Red Brick Building directly adjacent to the Mall with “Sports Medicine” on the side.

From New Hampshire and the North (via Route 3)

Take Route 3 South until you reach I-95/128 North. Stay on I-95/128 North until you each Exit 45 (Rt. 128 North toward Gloucester). Then on Rt. Take exit 25A, 114 to Salem, then veer to right at Shopping Center sign.

At bottom of ramp, turn right and go under 128.

At stop sign, North Shore Mall will be on your right. Follow the Blue “H” sign. Look for the Red Brick Building directly adjacent to the Mall with “Sports Medicine” on the side.

From Rhode Island and the South

Take Route I-95/128 North. Stay on this road until it splits at Exit 45 (Rt. 128 toward Gloucester). Then on Rt. 128 North, Take exit 25A, 114 to Salem, then veer to right at Shopping Center sign.

At bottom of ramp, turn right and go under 128.

At stop sign, North Shore Mall will be on your right. Follow the Blue “H” sign. Look for the Red Brick Building directly adjacent to the Mall with “Sports Medicine” on the side.

From Downtown Boston (via Route 93)

From Logan Airport

Take Route 1A North to Route 60 West to Route 1 North to Route 128 North (toward Peabody/Gloucester). Stay on Rt. 128 to 128 North, Take exit 25A, 114 to Salem, then veer to right at Shopping Center sign.

At bottom of ramp, turn right and go under 128.

At stop sign, North Shore Mall will be on your right. Follow the Blue “H” sign. Look for the Red Brick Building directly adjacent to the Mall with “Sports Medicine” on the side.
